when i try to post images to explain my problem from imgur.com

it s says 
You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community.

i opened the image in an new Tab, and copied the link and tried , it worked , thanks for the help

Just make sure you copy the image URL. Not the link to the website where it's hosted :D
