The best board right now for that is the Asrock B350 ITX... Your only losing 2x2 wifi and if you truly care its $20 upgrade on your own when you need it vs the added expense of the X370 ITX which is the same darn thing. Biostars is a joke without wifi and Gigabytes is fine but the Asrock is the best of the lot because of VRMs and overall design.

There isnt many MicroATX or Mini ITX around that are near decent for AM4, hope some would come around soon, need to upgrade asap.

Do you know if it can handle overclocking though? Buildzoid kinda trashed all microATX boards so I dont think mITX would have a chance, atleast for now.

Yeah just check newegg~

I own both gigabyte and asrock boards and yes either work but the Asrocks VRM Temps were about 5-10c lower on average than the gigabyte board for my 1800X when pinned at 4Ghz and It was much better experience overall. Not gonna lie though...they are hotter than any ATX you will see but it'll get job done. Both hit 104c constant after hours but thats like 45c under max threshold

How did you check the temps on the Asrock, I have read they dont have a sensor for temp reading.

There aren't any ITX boards that are that great, at least when it comes to overclocking. The AsRock one is probably your best bet to be honest, and even then it's so-so...but then, I am comparing it to Intel, and they usually get better boards.

The Gigabyte is known to have horrible VRMs. At least for every test I've seen. They don't even recommend using an AIO on it.

Gigabyte recommends you keep the VRMs under 95 though, don't they? Pretty sure, at least. Might even be lower than that. I know technically the units themselves are rated for more, but I wouldn't go too far over the OEM's recommendations. There are other things on the board to consider.

Yeah using AIO on both boards was rather toasty so I wouldn't recommend it on either without a fan blowing onto it and yep it all depends on what they use but the throttle monster usually attacks around 104c so thats why they said 95c most likely.

I just wouldn't trust running them that hot for longevity of the components.

Just to make sure, does Asrock have LLC or any voltage regulation settings? AB350M Pro4 had crazy voltage drops.

Mine dosen't. According to ASRock, the later revisions of the board had the vrm upgraded, so vdroop is highly unlikely to happen, and on my board, theres barely any. According to HWinfo, my vrm temps are at 65ish c, after 20 mins of prime95 small fft. Cold enough for me to touch it for a few seconds, before it gets too hot, and I have to remove my fingers.
