Not sure about that part as the components will get older (not like people but you get the idea) and the price will go down not up. Also there is coffee late aaa Lake sorry :)) which will be obviously the newest tech and every other CPU will go down in price as well. just saying. on Christmas time I think you'll be happy to get £400 for it. I am aware that 4790 is still a decent CPU but with all the releases will eventually lower it's price more and more.
