Complicated Sponsor Links

Instead of having all these crazy sponsor links, why not create sub-domains or links for them?

 

IE: Instead of Symless.com/Synergy/Linus29, why not create Synergy.LinusTechTips.com that forwards to the ridiculous one (or LinusTechTips.com/Synergy)?
