good cooler for fx 8300

hello am having some problems with my cpu because am using the stock cooler and the problem is i live were i live is really hot and my computer is stuttering and i need to get a good cooler. do u have a good recomandation ?

I have a coolermaster gemini 2 mk4 on my oced fx 6300 at 4.2. My temps never went over 62c even after playing gta online for 4hours at 36c room temperature.
