Logitech G533 vs Razer Kraken 7.1 v2

Gaz3ll3

Alright so I feel i need some help  ultimately deciding on which set of headphones to keep, the Razer Kraken 7.1 v2 and the Logitech G533. I must say though that I have already bought both pairs and wanted to compare them in person. Sound wise they are very similar to me, but where they most differ is the mic. The one on the Razer just sounds louder and more clear where as the logitech one is much quieter even on max volume and it could be due to the pop filter on it.

I've wanted to go wireless for awhile because cords can be kind of a pain at times. I want to say that I do do some streaming and the mic is kind of important. I know i could get a standalone mic but I dont stream that much and don't feel like spending the money on a dedicated mic.

Yet my other option is to return the headphones and use my Sony MDR-HD950 headphones along with a mod mic which others will probably say is the better bet. Just trying to get my options out

A stand-alone mic is a great thing to have. I've been shopping for something to use during surgeries as we do recordings for educational and business purposes. It looks like the Snowball is going to be added to the suite as it looks pretty light-weight and easy to place anywhere.

No doubt about it that a standalone mic is superior, I even tried out the snowball at one point but found that it picked up too much noise from my keyboard but other than that it was perfect.
