What's better cpu

Hi all I was wondering whats a better cpu then the  AMD A4-7300 APU With Radeon HD Graphics I want one Within 140$ and it's for gaming and stuff i guess

Athlon X4 860K if you already have a non intergrated graphics card. Otherwise a A10 7860K.

No offense, but there are plenty of things better than an A4 chip. Is $140 your entire budget for a CPU?

If its just $190 on a full PC, then I'm sorry to say my friend but you can't really build a new PC for that low a budget. The best you can do is buy a used Dell or something with decent specs and throw in a new graphics card.

Or its a radeon(Tm) RX 460 Graphics

So $190 for the CPU correct? How much more can you spend for the other parts? Ex: PSU, RAM, etc.
