I'm trying to decide which one I should get ? The cx or the cs ?

But for around $70, you can get something like EVGA SuperNOVA G2, the Corsair TX550M or the BitFenix Whisper M which are better than both of the options you have listed.

They're about the same in terms of quality, however the CSM is modular and more efficient, so I would advise going for the CSM.

Well, I suppose there's nothing better at around that price.

 

Hang on, if we're doing rebates, then the Rosewill Quark 750W for $60 is a rather nice choice.

He's not comparing CX-M green label vs. CX-M gray label.  The one with the green label is the CS-M.  Big difference.

No.  They're not.  The CS-M is much better.
