There alot of companies / trainers that give basic / advanced training. That will cost you a fee tho.

If you want to find free stuff i would suggest looking at youtube as there are many videos on the basics for routers/switches ect.

 

Try to get a cheap 2nd hand Cisco switch so you can follow the videos and try settings yourself.

Just be mindfull of which switch you get, some Cisco branded switches are not actual Cisco hardware/software and may vary from those video's

Understand what? Cisco has a lot paths to get into. There's Routing and Switch. Security. TSHOOTING. So many. I'd recommend looking at this:

I'm pretty sure Lydia had a few course, you could just grab a free trail and download the needed video and watch them later
