If it's just a ground pin it shouldn't affect anything but that's a crap shoot since we'd need a schematic to verify that. You're better off repairing it if you can.

Of course you can, it's usually even worse since they are on your cpu :D

Shops and manufacturers usually don't rma for bent pins since you damaged it. They might even charge you to repair it.

Im just not gonna bother then xD. Still you are usually more carefull while handling a cpu than a mobo.

You can always try, they might help you out. If not, it's usually not that hard to fix yourself if you're being careful. Yours is right on the edge so even easier to reach, worth a try if you've nothing to lose.

 

I've seen cpu's where they were forced into the socket and crushed all the pins. As long as you don't force or drop the cpu, you should be good (pga cpu pins are thicker, sturdier than lga mobo pins).

Theres a god chance this wont be covered as it will be classed as 'User damage' (or Something like that) - DW this happened to me and if your steady its easy to bend it back
