we don't know yet, but my guess is that they will cost the same or even lower.  that's just my guess, though.

There's no reason why Intel would price lower than the Ryzen line.  They already have a large share of the market.  Yes, AMD is offering competition, and as a result Intel must price more competitively, but most likely, Intel will price slightly above AMD (though they can't afford to be overly more expensive).
