Just need help finding a monitor :/

Ok so I am just your average 13 year old building my first pc I haven't bought the parts yet, the only product I am unsure of is my monitor. My build is at the bottom of this post since i am co fused I decided to enlist help from the internet so if you do choose to help me (PLEASE DO) I have a couple of specifications that I want the monitor to have, IPS, under $275, under 5 ms response time, and if possible to squeezein since this would be great to have is built in speakers and above 60 he.

A few questions:

1. 1440p 60Hz or 1080p 144Hz?

2. 1440p 75Hz TN or 1080p 144Hz TN?

3. In other words are you willing to sacrifice IPS for higher refresh rates?

He said IPS  and above 60Hz. Plus with 1060 u wont be able to game comfortable at 1440P so 1080p it is

Good luck finding a decent 100+hz IPS panel for under 275. I was asking him whether he was willing to compromise the IPS in order to get the higher refresh rates.

Well, you wont be able to play almost anything on ultra  1070 has problems with games on utlra on 1440p.

I guess above 60 he also meant with 60 included

Anything competitive that people need to play 144hz should be just fine on 1440p-for example, I run rocket league max settings (except AA) at a constant 144Hz on my 1440p monitor.

Okey, i was talking about AAA titles, well the newer games 2014+. The graphic demanding games, i am of the opinion one should not buy a monitor to play only 2-3 games on it, one should buy monitor also for future, what if one wants to try some new game in the future and you can only play it on medium/low because you were too stubborn to buy 1080p monitor one year ago?

But buying a 1440p monitor is futureproofing, as it will last multiple GPU upgrades, whereas a 1080p 60Hz monitor will not really benefit from an upgraded GPU in 2-3 years, since that resolution will be too easy to drive at that point.

Your point about specific games is important, so I'll ask @Evan Deedy now: What games are you planning to play on this monitor?

Is it futureproofing when newer games will be still more demanding and when he will probably ugprade his gpu, it will be in the same price range as he has now. Wouldnt it be the same for AAA titles? (just a thought)

It is true that GPU advances much faster than the AAA titles are demanding but still. It wont be the same for long, especially now when the silicone is at the stage where they cannot really got smaller on the transistors and have to find new technologies.
