Remember to quote! :)

The CPU and GPU definetly, and the PSU along with that to keep up with the wattage required.

How many gigs of DDR3 RAM do you have exactly? I assume you slipped on your keys while typing.

What's on your budget?

The CPU will have to be bought second hand.

Alright good to know.

This is what I can give you when it comes to GPU and PSU upgrade (both of which I really recommend you upgrade)

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jHnVZ8

Your motherboard is old, which means older CPU's, you'll have to look for that second hand.

Usually they come cheap since they're older.

Exactly.

I'd say that you're alright with an i3, but highly recommend an i5.

If you find one that's reasonably priced and is an i5 for your motherboard, hit it.

2 extra cores really helps in games like GTA V.

if you upgrade, change that psu, it would make no sense to upgrade with a crappy psu like that, even a 350w would be good, then change cpu and gpu, (prioritazing the gpu) the 460 is my preference, but the 1030 will be just fine (costing less)

BTW it says that he has i3 i5 and i5 processors and it's not 50$ it is a whole another currency, (it's called Lari or Gel) so 50 USD=123 Gel

Sorry forgot to add that it is not the actual price.. it's about 160-180 Gel about 70$

I know it's not $50, I exchanged it to my currency in Sweden, 100 GEL = ~330 Sek.

So 170sek/50GEL seems like it's a good deal either way!.

I can't read the rest of the post, but if the i5 on the pic is 50GEL it's a good deal.
Should I look around for something else?

looking at the hardware you got a 350w will be more than fine, but psus that low on wattage usually do not come with an 80+ certification, wich always worries me... i suggest buying a psu that has an 80+ certification, bronze if possible, the wattage you need is pretty low, so the lowest wattage you can find with an 80+ certification would be the best for you.

Your PSU will not be able to drive the parts you're upgrading to. The one I game you is a good PSU and you wont get more for the money without sacrificing quality :)

The GTX 1050 beats the RX 460 in most titles.

But it seems like a decent deal, yeah.
