I agree .... but I might have the money later though (3-4 months or so)..... also I am looking for future proof of core count..... as dual cores might not last..... what would you do in this situation? TIA

Buy used Skylake / Kaby lake CPUs. Their resale value will be much lower after Coffee's release.

I am targeting 1050ti.... but then again... I should wait for new cpu ? I am a budget gamer though...cheap monitor will do...

If your monitor badly needs replacing, that's the first place I would go. Namely, because not only is a better monitor an immediately noticeable upgrade to your current computer, but monitor technology is only changing at the high end right now. So I would try to snipe a 1080p monitor when you find something nice that goes on sale cheap. But if you're talking about completing your gaming system in a few months, under no circumstance should you buy cpu, board, or gpu right now. The Coffee Lake 4C/4T i3 should be a huge upgrade over the 2C/4T G4560, and I'd be surprised if 2C/4T isn't the new normal for Pentiums (with perhaps Celerons taking over the 2C/2T part of the lineup). And if we're talking in a few months Nvidia might have a GTX 2050/2050Ti cheaper than the GTX 1050 Ti with higher performance. They have led off their generations with lower end cards before (think the GTX 750/750Ti for Maxwell).

In summary, low end monitors aren't changing a whole lot over time, so you can safely snipe one whenever you find a good deal. Because in 5 months you're not going to find way better monitors for a similar price. But in five months you might find way better cpu and gpu for similar price to something you might buy now. For example, if there is a $110 4C/4T i3, that would be a huge upgrade over the $60 G450 worth paying the extra $50 for. If there is a $130 GTX 2050 Ti with performance between the GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 1060 3GB, that's obviously a much better buy.

It doesn't pay to buy now on a new cpu if it's just going to be wasted for months with a gpu that can't keep up, and same for buying a gpu now if the cpu can't.

thnx everyone for response..... I actually bought the g4560 no gpu at this moment..... although I think gtx 1050ti would be perfect match for this cpu and play for another 3-4 years (from high to mid-low settings for AAA games)

I will be buying gpu and monitor together............... someone can suggest some good lowest price monitor that will support the display output of this card....

my build is
-pentium 7th gen g4560 3.50 Ghz
-gigabyte b250 d3h
-2x4Gb corsair vengeance LPX 2400Mhz( went for 2x4 not 1x8 ..just to increase the gpu power of intel HD 610)
-toshiba 1Tb HDD
-Maxgreen casing and PSU 500W
