I was thinking for a while to update my case and build a custom loop, so i've finally decided it's time to do both.

I'm looking for a tempered glass case with enough room to fit at least 2*360 radiators, a separated pump-reservoir and at least 2 hdd that i'm using for storage. The size i'm looking for is a mid tower, but i'm getting interested also in full tower, and atx motherboard.

Right now the best option for what i've seen is the bequiet dark base pro 900, with the enthoo luxe in second place but i don't think it has enought space to fit all in there with ease.

What i've discarded are enthoo evolv (too small and high temperature), thermaltake core p (not close and right now i'm in a dusty room), lian-li pc-o11 (not enough space for large graphic cards), define meshify and inwin 303.(too small), corsair crystal 570 (too small and with poorer solutions than his little brother).

What do you think of the bequiet and enthoo luxe? Any other cases i'm missing?

Budget around 200 - 250 usd, but i'm europe so the prices are little different

Both the Enthoo Luxe and DB900 are fantastic cases, and any other case would probably be too small, however the luxe only fits a 240 front

Hey, I just finished an upgrade to the Lian Li PC-O11 WGX (ROG edition) and it is honestly the best water cooling case I have ever built in. But if you were to go with 2x 360mm rads, The ROG edition might not be your best choice as the one 360mm mount on the mobo tray would be tough to populate and look good with another 360 rad in the case. However the Standard Lian Li PC-O11 would be a better fit for a 2x 360mm custom loop. You would have an ample amount of space for mounting a reservoir and pump where the optional 360 fan mount could go. The standard PC-O11 is something like $230 USD while the ROG edition is $309 USD. You would be able to fit a 45mm thick 360 rad on top (EK PE 360) and a 60mm thick 360 rad on bottom with enough room to have it in a push-pull configuration even if you were running an ATX motherboard with an SLI set-up.

  • 1 month later...

At the end i went for the dark base pro 900.

I'm taking the measures for my loop but it seems to have plenty of space.

So far i'm happy with it, besides the quality of the screws which is far from perfect and an other issue I'm having with the fan controller hub.

Anyway thanks all for the help
