Make a program always on top. From startup.

SImple, really. I need a program than will set a program to stay on top at all times from startup without any manual input from the user except first setup of course. I've found a myriad of programs that do roughly this, but they don't save the settings from the previous session and need to be manually started and finagled with before it works.

 

Anyone know of such a program?

You'll most likely have to do a little research on how to get a scrip to load at start up though.
