Probably not as the theme has to fit the exact style sheet layouts for the specific site being themed. Not every site has a universal enough layout for cut-and-paste themes to work.

That said, I wish there were more themes besides the dark one. I really like the dark theme, but too many idiots use font colors that are impossible to read with it enabled. I wish LMG would just disable custom font colors on the site because I hate how blinding the normal theme is.

From my understanding, since that google themes are chrome extensions, I dont think that you could implement them into the forums because I dont see any function in either the profile settings or forum settings that allows you access to change the theme of the forums. If you want to change from dark theme to light theme, there is a setting for this at the very bottom of the forums index that allows you to change this.

These colours are fine

Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. The True Path of the Feathered One. ~ Dimboble-dubabob III

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Google theme", but it's not possible to just add new themes - a new theme require a reasonable amount of work (the night theme-specific CSS file is over 1000 lines (sloc), and there are also a few customisations to that theme outside that file). If the post colours on the night theme are bothering you, no other night theme would solve that, so you'd have to use a light theme to solve it.

You are welcome to make custom themes that you add using a browser extension though.
