Keep in mind these are quad core Excavator cores, not Ryzen.  Same with the new Athlon procs, AMD has converted their older CPU\APUs for AM4 platform. The performance on the CPU front will be weak, not sure about the R7 graphics.  For a $350 budget, and what he wants to do, it might be ok. Just trying to clarify that the new Ryzen APUs are not out yet.

Here's the thing...

In your original post including listing the PCPartPicker link, NOT once you mentioned anything about wanting a 960 to 1050ti graphics card performance.

So, how were we supposed to know what you were thinking?

Next time, be more specific and clear of what you want in your posts.

Having said that...

Here's my recommended computer build based on this new information you have provided...

You need to understand that you will have to spend a bit more just to include the graphics card into this build.

Also, what if i went for the 250d from corsair a pentium g4560 and a itx mobo, but i used my current 1060 for gpu?

that would be perfect build for you. g4560 will be able to handle gtx 1060 too. similar build to this below excluding gpu.

as you said exclude the i5, cooler, gpu, ram & psu. only left m2 ssd & mobo . I would get sata ssd from samsung evo or any other brand . mobo seems ok too.

yes, but my psu wont fit due to cable extension but i modded an extra one to work do you think i should do it for that case?

if your existing psu dont fit the case, you should get new that fit or change the case. I looked up that case support PS2 ATX Type power supply. I am sure there are other mini itx cases you will find that wont require you to mod? I cant recommend directly any mini itx case as I don't have enough experience for itx build. But am sure you can get good recommendation if you post "case & power supply section" . as for cpu you are good with g4560.
