Choosing 2.5" HDD: 7200RPM 32MB cache or 5400RPM and 128MB?

I am helping for my friend in buying a laptop and I am suggesting for him to get LENOVO LEGION Y520 80YY002FPB (costs 1251 euro) with 256 GB SSD (is it NVMe?) and then buy 1TB HDD separately. This way we will save up money (around 100euro) for additional storage.

Is there a difference in performance at everyday usage between 32 MB cache but 7200RPM Screenshot_3.png.80575169af0cb91a480e9a532b3cb2f3.png

and 128 MB cache but 5400RPM

If so, which one would you suggest to choose?

That should be a good hard drive to match the boot drive. It also appears that it is in fact an nvme pci-e ssd

The cheaper one. There will be negligible difference in noticeable performance, unless he will be running programs from it frequently.
