Does the case have an integrated fan controller? If it doesn't, then I have no idea what it's about. Also, does it happen to be the Phanteks Eclipse P400S?

CPU cooler into CPU fan header, hub into any other fan header

your motherboard has other chassis fan headers.

connect your splitter to those
