Submarine Cable Breakage Causes Severe Latency Issue

Days after Hurrican Hato, multiple Internet issues rose for several countries in South East Asia. Majority were issues connecting to US based services / game servers.  The submarine cables, known as the Asia America Gateway (AAG), Intra Asia (IA) and SEA-ME-WE3 (SMW3), all encountered problems on Sunday (27th) afternoon.
