Threadripper cooler help needed!

All my parts have arrived for my (first) pc build.

 

I have the msi x399 pro carbon motherboard and the 1950x threadripper. I'm currently testing the cooler which is a CoolerMaster MasterLiquid 240 which I had read was compatible with threadripper, however the instructions are not clear and i'm not sure which bracket I should use. Has aynone installed this cooler with threadripper? Am I able to use the mounting bracket that comes with threadripper? Or do I need to buy a separate bracket that is listed here:

The bracket that comes with the CPU won't work. You'll need the one shown at the bottom of the page you linked.

If you don't have it you can't mount the cooler.

It says here that the bracket is now shipped with the cooler:

But it doesn't seem to be in the box.. Does anyone know where to buy the brackets?

Contact CM, they probably only charge you shipping costs for it.

Do they have a contact number in english? The one I tried on their site was I think in their office in Taiwan...

Thanks, I just spoke to them (I spoke to the eu branch as i'm actually in the UK) and apparently I do need that extra bracket, which is currently out of stock... Very annoying as now I'll have to wait a couple of weeks until I can continue! Thanks for your help anyway
