Hi  I down

graded from windows 10 to 7 and my steam games say there not installed I have them on a 1tb hdd plz help

Well, are they still on your hard drive somewhere? the games

Oh well you basically need to start the process to re download the game again but change the install location to where the game actually is. steam will do the rest

If you set the game to install where you have the games already, it should detect them instead of downloading again. You can do that or start the download, pause it, then copy over the games into the new folders created and then allow it to find the existing files.

Press download and install the games in the folder where they are, steam should detect them instead of downloading.

If you reformatted the drive during the windows upgrade and the games were on the same drive as your windows OS, then the games are gone, you need to re download. If the games are on a separate hard disk, then you need to create a new steam library and point it at the location the games are installed.
