I reset the router, and everything works now :)

ASUS RT-AC66U 11AC AC1750 Router
So i have this asus router, and i have a Asus Pce1300 or something wifi card. And i cant log inn too my asus router, its not the standard ip adress : 192.168.1. 
When i write ipconfig in cmd i get something like 46.185.1 *** something like that, and i cant login. 

i5-13600kf, 16gb Corsair 3600mhz, Asrock z690 ac itx,  RTX 3080 , 1TB+1TB PREDATOR + Western digital NVME, InWin A1, Thermalright peerless assasin 120SE

try 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1
