Google Reward app not validating

I filled the starting questions correctly and I am very much eligible for the rewards but the problem is that I am not getting my account validated. How to sort this out.help

Isn't it directly connected to your Google account? You can manage account and what Google services it's connected to from account management. Other way would be to contact support.
