The 270 (x) definately - the GTX 660 is a last gen card and can't nearly match the performance of a 270 (x). The GTX 660 Ti would be a pretty close match performance wise but I'm guessing that it's not even close in pricing. The other alternative is a GTX 760 which is faster but also more expensive.

For some perspective

660 < 7850 < 7870 = 270/270x

+1 on the R9 270X because it is basically a 7870 and it performs better than the GTX 660: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/857?vs=783
