It did I had to order a 200r measure the size of the bay, but then I realized that the name was the size all along

Can i fit drives that are smaller than 5 1/4" into the case?

No. All 5.25" drives natively fit into the 5.25", you can however buy brackets for 3.5" devices such as card readers to fit in the bay as well.
