No, it doesn't work like that.

Hello! I have an Asus P8H61-M LX3 R2.0 mobo (it's DDR3 LGA 1155) and can i fit LGA 1151 CPUs in it?!

No, 1155 can only take 1155 CPUs, just like 1156 or 1150 can only take their respective socket CPUs.

No, it doesn't work like that.

Depends on what CPU you're looking at.

K or non-K series, 6xxx or 7xxx

Overclocking would be great but i am not good at it, so i will buy non k model cpu.
