MSI's GTX 770 Lightning is my personal favorite 770.  Its basically a 680 Lightning which was the best 680 and its only $345!  Great video card...

I have the MSI Gaming 770 and it is beyond amazing. Its cool and quiet, amazingly so.

I'd reccommend the ASUS, MSI, Gigabyte or EVGA.

If the reds your thing then go for either the Asus or MSI, you won't be sorry. (as far as I know the DCUII cooler is slightly cooler than the Twin Frozr IV on the MSI)

I'm the one who overclocks.

+1 for GIJew. I have the GTX 760 version and its an amazing card. I love MSI's Twin Frozer. So cool and quiet.

Thanks man!

And it looks pretty awesome, I just wish it had a black PCB or a backplate....

Asus or MSI are good choices. I would recommend MSI aftermarket cards as they are lighter imo than Asus DCU II cards and don't give as much strain to the PCI-E slot as the Asus cards.
