What kind of state/national parks have free Wifi?

IDK if this is a dumb question or not. We recently had to move from our more rural home to cut down our commute times. And I'd like to visit/camp/hike at some kind of parks time to time to feel more at home. Like it might seem counter-intuitive when I want to escape tech, but being able to access the internet in most places just isn't something I like to compromise and I wasn't sure if there were some parks in or near NY state that provide wifi in such remote places.

what kind of wifi do you think covers an entire state park?

It depends on where you go, like there is a national park in my state I go to frequently and there isn't good cell service (or internet) at all. I suggest going to the National Park Service website and/or your State's Park website and a lot of times they will list if there is WiFi. TBH I like to disconnect while camping (I think that is the inner Scout in me talking).

I agree with your last part. If you're going camping, you should be spending time with your fellow campers rather than staying being distracted by your phone.

Do you mean cell service? Because having a few bars to be able to take urgent calls, and having Netflix-capable wifi are two entirely different things.
