OpenGL error on Gigabyte GA-H61N-D2V Motherboard

Hi all,

so I recently upgrade my pc from a BioStar board which has an Intel Celeron 1037U @1.80GHz to a Gigabyte GA-H61N-D2V with an intel i3 2120 @ 3.30GHz. They both used the same two sticks of 4GB DDR3 giving them 8GB. According to the pass mark scores (BioStar with1733 and Gigabyte with 3902  (See attached Graph)) you would think that I would be faster but no the biostar board was faster and the new gigabyte board is having issues running Microsoft edge let alone playing games. heck the damn thing cant even run Minecraft.

 

I was wondering if someone could give me a little bit of insight into why it is like this.
