Given that Vega prices just went up by ~20%, I wouldn't think they'd send the 1070 prices any lower than they are already.

No. The GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 prices have already been dropped as of the 1080TI release. 

Personal build >  New-ish AMD main gaming setup

to bad a 1070 in denmark is the price of a 1080 in the us

500gbp for a 1070 asus strix 480 for the 2 fan ones
