So i bought a case (P400S), a psu (EVGA G3 650W 80+ Gold), and a motherboard (ASUS Prime B350 Plus) and i pressed the case power and nothing happened. No fan, no lights, nothing.

i tested the power supply with a power tester, it works

I dont know how to test the motherboard or the case.

Are you sure you plugged the case power button to the in the right pins? You could also use a screwdriver to turn it on by shorting the pins.

Quote me so I can reply back :)

Do you have the CPU and RAM installed? Are the front panel I/O connectors in the right pins?

Well, there's your problem, how do you want to power it on without CPU and RAM?

How? With the power supply?

Cpu and ram dont give power.

Also the connections are in the right places

I'm aware that CPU and RAM don't provide power, they only receive power, but still, I would only worry if the PC wouldn't power on with all the necessary parts.
