Should I get used AIO?

Hey guys.

Turning to the LTT forum for help again. I've been offered a used Antec KÜHLER H2O 1220 AIO (without fans) for around €10. 

I'm tempted to get it but on the other hand sceptical if its a safe (for my system) idea.

Would you guys but it or pass?

Yeah the seller has told me that it works well but that he doesn't have the original fans left.

That sounds like a good deal but when you are going to buy it test it no matter what

if you have another system laying around that you care a little less than your main, buy it since it's only €10 and then try it on the second system and monitor temps, etc.

The seller lives a fair bit away from where I am, so we had thought of meeting in town (=no opportunity to test).

Ask him for a very specific video of a test eg. noodles with temps on full load
