How can i use 2 different Lan connection on one computer?

ARIFULRONY

Check for the newest drivers. Keep in mind, this won't speed up your internet connection, Only allow you to have higher speed local connections.

Your ISP only gives you say 30 Megabits of download right. So if you plug in one cable you will get 30 megabit download and it won't matter whether you plug in the second one or not.Unless of course your internet speed is higher than 123mb/s whereas then you have a bottlenck in the port itself and it would make sense to use 2 ports.

Then there's no point in using 2 ethernet cables

If you're trying to get faster internet speeds, the only way to do so is through your ISP. Anything you do on your local network won't change your internet speed. Unless your local network is slower than your internet speed, but unless you've been living under a rock the past 20 years, most local network hardware is at least 100Mbps.

To use both simply plug something into both of them, and you'll be connected to both.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Why, do you not have 2 cables?

Oh, that's strange... that definitely shouldn't be happening.  You're sure each works independently on their own?  I guess try updating the drivers for both and check to make sure there isn't any strange setting enabled in Windows that would cause them to conflict (perhaps the same IP set for both?)
