Is there a program or website that can merge 2 or more GIF images?

i want to merge some gif images that i have and i have already looked up on the internet about it and they show how to do it using Photoshop. i dont have photoshop and i want to know if there is any other website or smaller free software to get this simple job done?

Photoshop has a 30 day free trial, use that

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
