my new pc wont start??????

That would explain it then. You need a dedicated GPU.

The boards have display output but that's for the APU version of Ryzen which are coming out later.

i build a ryzen pc with all compaitable parts i assembeld it properly and connect to my tv (i donot have a monitor with hdmi) power it on the pc lights got on the fans turn on and the ram lights up the cooller lights up but there is no display the diagonostic led shows vga led on 

what should i do is there a defective part or something else

plz help??????

my pc parts-gigabyte aorus ax370 gaming k5,g skill trident  z 3200mhz (8*2) 16gb,amd ryzen 1700x,corsair h100i v2,corsair vs650W psu

You didn't list a GPU, what model GPU do you have?

Ryzen doesn't have an iGPU

means without gpu it work at all??

Correct, without a GPU it won't output any display.

It's most likely all good to go but you're missing the GPU to make it complete.

Technically it will work, but wont output to a display. Basically you need one to use it. 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

Yes, but you can't see anything since you don't have a gpu.
