Is there anything wrong with these solder joints

They look fine to me. I know on electronics they do solder some stuff carp. 

You can always add a bit of solder if you have steady hand.

I don't think they're used they look like through holes for an IC

The four on the top left look like they didn't quite get enough solder to cover the pad, but I'm sure it's fine.

nah they're fine

I talk in brackets (a bit like this (sometimes multilayered) (I know it's hard to read but I sort of think like this(maybe it has something to do with being a programmer)))
