Modular comes with all the cables, they can just be disconnecting from the PSU, but they come with the unit.

Is there any other differances between semi and fully other than cable managment

Assuming you're talking about the PSU, Semi-Modular usually has the 24 pin as a non-modular cable, but with the rest normally being modular. Fully modular includes the 24 pin as a modular cable.

So modular is a lot easier for cable management. And does modular include all the cables i need or do i have to buy them

PSU's supply all the cables in the box ALL PSU's do this if they are modular they are just sitting in the box and are not soldered into the PSU. semi modular is the best deal, you dont need to plug in unnecessary cables and you save some money

Non modular = all the cables you need stuck to the PSU

semi modular = some are stuck to the psu, some are detachable

full modular = all the cables are detachable

If you don't plan on getting custom sleeved cables, and don't need Gold efficiency, then go with the semi.

Semi mod have the 24-pin and 8-pin fixed in place since you're going to use them regardless.
