What should I do?

So basically I have a Pentium G3258 overclocked to 4.5 GHz (if i would it would crash during tests) and a Msi Gtx 650 Ti Boost with a 265 MHz overclock. What I don't understand is that it seems as if my gpu is being bottlenecked by my cpu even though it should be able to handle it. The picture is of the results in afterburner.

What happens when you run games? Does your CPU hit 100% while your graphics card does not?
It's also worth noting some games just can't run on a dual core.

If the CPU is hitting 100% and the GPU is not, you have a CPU bottleneck. It likely just can't handle what you're throwing at it.

If your CPU is the bottleneck, which it could very well be, you can find a higher end used socket 1150 CPU on Ebay or Craigslist and drop it in and fix the bottleneck. Does your CPU usage hit 100% in games?

If your CPU is at 100% usage, it's bottlenecked. Nothing you do will change that, unless you raise graphical settings, which will utilize the GPU more and potentially lower your framerate.
