Can i use a Intel Core i5-4690K with a gtx 1080ti without bottle necking

The i5 will bottleneck this card heavily as it can bottleneck even a 1070 in some games.

this cpu even used to bottleneck my GTX 770 in CS:GO and ARMA 3
