Long story short i'm poor as fuck and this https://www.kinguin.net/category/37457/dead-cells-ru-vpn-required-steam-cd-key/ is a lot cheaper than this https://www.kinguin.net/category/36740/dead-cells-steam-cd-key/ 

Most free VPNs seem to have russia off of their list such as tunnelbear or wanna make me pay for what will be 20 seconds of it's time, in short i'm looking for a tunnelbear that can connect to russia, thanks guys! :D

Redeeming Russian steam keys is not as easy as just VPNing there, you need to change your account payment location and currency to rubles and the keys will redeem.
