Blocking LAN and WLAN connection

My router doesn't have Mac Address Filtering, I can't block devices connected on our WiFi. It annoys me since it causes interruption and lag in my online gaming. Also are there ways to block other LAN connection from my router?

Get a new router? They aren't really expensive.

Change your WEP key, then all who schouldn't have connection to your WLAN will lose it, and just unplugg LAN connections. Or buy a new router

If you buy the internet, maybe try QOS or tell people who is using stop torrenting.

Set a static IP on your local machine and disable DHCP on the router.  That will stop 95% of users being able to access anything.

If your using WEP I would cry. WEP can be broken in line 5 min with a standard smart phone. You should be using WPA 2 with AES encryption.

Who exactly are you trying to boot off the network?  People who are illegally accessing your network?  While MAC address filtering is a good additional layer of security there, actually SECURING your network with proper encryption should be the #1 priority.  If you're trying to block people who you co-habitate with, who rightfully can access the network, maybe you should consider an alternative to booting them OFF that network.  Like... Communicating with them like actual adults?

If you're complaining about people using the internet in the house and you're not paying for it. Stop messing around. Get our own Connection if you wish to complain.
