Silverstone Fortress FT03 help

For my new build I have decided on this case and I have a few questions about it.

 

1.Do I need to use a reference GPU (blower style cooler)

 

2. What are my options for CPU cooling? (120mm fan bracket, heat sink config and watercooling?)

1. No, but it would help with circulation if you did

2. You can fit a Hyper 212 Evo in there, surprisingly, or you could get an H80i

Would I have to mount the H80i at the top?
