Claymore's Miner Questions

I really need this to be cleared up. On nice hash, my 1080 gets 395 mh/s mining lbry credits. However, when I dual mine lbry (which supposedly utilizes core clock) with eth using the claymore miner, my lbry hash rate is merely 25/35 mh/s. Why is this happening? Also, when mining zcash, an increased memory clock seems to increase the hash rate compared to an increased memory clock which confuses me, because I heard zcash uses core clock. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
