Can you identify this card??

Do you have any idea what gpu this is .It is not currently booting so I can't just fire it up to check . I know it's not much to go on but I am hoping for an answer.

If I had to guess I'd say the amd r9 280x, but I can't tell for sure. I'm almost positive it's an amd r9 2xx or 3xx card.

looks to be an R9 270X (judging by one of the serial number on the back and picture of that card).
