New Headphones

Hey guys so tomorrow is black friday and I'm looking for a nice pair of headphones that are under 200$ I do have my eye on Sol Republic master tracks, and I like the style etc. So all suggestions welcome Thanks

Well I can definitely recommend the HD558 from Sennheiser and @MayflowerElectronics usually suggests the AD700X if you're looking around that same price point. If they're on sale for a good price I'd want to grab both   
Also the DT990 from Beyerdynamic.

Something like the DT770. I would recommend the ATH-M50 but only if they're on sale since their price has increased. I'd check with @MayflowerElectronics @ShearMe @EmoRarity or one of the other guys with much more expertise.

 

I haven't used closed headphones in a while, once I made the switch to open I never looked back. My brother is a DJ so he has a few good pairs that I need to try but haven't had the time. Sorry I couldnt be of more help.

I do suppose that the MDR 1R is in your price range, though that probably isn't your cup of tea, which would leave HD 380 Pro's, DT this that and the other, and SRH840's.
