the 1065t is newer chip, and a newer platform than an 940

I'm dumb, I thought you meant an Athlon X4 940 (which doesn't exist)

CPUBoss isn't a trustworthy site, userbenchmark is good usually okay for getting a general sense of performance, but has a fairly large margin of error, and thus its results should be taken with a grain of salt, and shouldn't be used for comparing components which are very close in performance (Ex. RX 580 VS GTX 1060)

but still good for this usecase though.

@Rallenhayestime yeah cool, thats all fine and dandy. But i dont have that platform on hand. Nor do I care to get it. I asked a simple question, and if you dont have the answers to it then dont reply. Its simple, and how forums work. Thank You.

Hmm..... I feel like I contributed a fair bit, considering the any am3+ or fm2+ or older chips are completely obsolete. Sell your platform off if you want any performance gains.
