Hey guys, I was looking for a high end laptop to replace my Lenovo Y50 mainly because I'm looking to upgrade it next semester for university. I'm a film student so I'll be spending time in Premiere with a lot of playing around in FL and Ableton but also wanting to use it for gaming. I have a suitable desktop but since I'm living away from home I'd like to have a portable system that lets me come back home, edit stuff together, play games and lug around to lectures. I've pinned it down to two but y'know, if you have a suggestion for one feel free to put it in. Bear in mind this is for the UK. Styling I guess is pretty important because ya gotta look fly, let em all get lost in the sauce ja feel?

I digress.

or

Anywhere around £1.2k to £1.7k in terms of price is solid.

Thanks in advance :~)

I would, but I have more of a priority on portability, then gaming, then video/audio work. I have a main desktop PC which I don't mind using for rendering files out and since I'm usually working off external HDDs it isn't that big of a deal.

Then Gigabyte Aero 15. Clevo P950HP6 or MSI GS VR if battery life isn't an issue

Or Dell XPS 15 or Lenovo Yoga 720 15 inch if you only do light gaming
