So was playing RE6 with a friend because he wanted to coop. So i plugged in my x360 controller and for a while it was working then during the game it kept saying my controller was being  disconnected, then stopped appearing and it would work again. But when i removed it and tried to replug windows didn't make any connection or disconnection sounds.

I'm kinda worried it could be that its finally given up hardware wise but im wondering if it could be something in device manager issue, i did try plugging something else in the front USB port but didn't seem to work while the controller plugged into the back did still work. The other Front USB port is still working. I also did try a reset which didn't fix it.

Maybe your cable is broken, if your usb port is broken though, buy a usb hub. If you don't want to then try to reset it and turn of your pc. Then turn it back on

Well i dunno if the cable is damaged, i know i didnt get the USB 3.0 plug for it, couldnt afford it at the time. But the other front port is still working. So yeah i dunno, i sent them an email was well.

EDIT: Ok dunno what the hell happened but apparently its working again, im not gonna question it.
